Travel Consultant

We have now on board highly qualified professionals; our multilingual travel consultants have years of experience in the airline and tourism industry.
We are always ready to assist our customers with full arrangements for they perfect trip with a fast, reliable and friendly service.
We are now looking for experienced, highly-motivated and customer-oriented a Travel Consultant to join our Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

*Provide the utmost customer service to our customers
*Handle incoming phone calls online bookings and emails from travel agents and direct customers
*Book tours, international airfare and insurance

Requirements:

*MUST be fluent in English
*Previous reservations experience and knowledge of Amadeus are ESSENTIAL for this role
*Exceptional customer service and sales skills
*Multiple language skills (written and /or spoken) in another European language – *Portuguese/ Spanish are strongly considered
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Worldwide geography knowledge & travel experience
